Not a Bird & Trout, not a camp knife, not even a small game skinner – it is all three rolled into
one! The exclusive F3 (Fur, Fin & Feather) is a knife that is just about right for everything. Made
for Doubles and Dogs by Blind Horse Knives of Ohio, this little knife is as handsome in it’s sheath
as it is in hand.
Not flashy, you won’t find 20 million year old mastodon tusk or exotic, extinct and embargoed
wood scales. The blade is a drop point/spear point hybrid that provides plenty of “belly” for
cutting while keeping the point centered for improved piercing and drilling. Blades are full tang
constructed of O-1 oil hardened tool steel.
With orange linen micarta scales to help you from losing it on the ground (or worse, kneeling on
it!), a special sheath that is readily convertible from on the belt to a drop (depending on your
preference) and a unique turks head knot retainer to keep the knife in place when you break out in
full sprint after that pheasant who can no longer fly – but can still sure RUN! This knife was
designed to be used, be used often and then handed down.
